1. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • The 14-day period is calculated based on the carrier’s delivery confirmation date.

2. Eligibility for Returns

All returns must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in brand-new original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • No signs of use, wear, dirt, odor, or alteration are allowed.
  • Hats that have been worn (even briefly) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

3. No Exchanges

We do not offer size, color, or style exchanges. Customers must return the item for a refund and place a new order if needed.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be shipped back to our US Warehouse.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return packages.

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Worn or used items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Items returned without original packaging and tags
  • Returns received after the 14-day window
  • International orders with cleared customs (in some cases)

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will assess the situation and may offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

9. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the US Warehouse address listed above.
